coronavirus

…The virus it's everywhere

How many lives will be lost?
I bet a lot of you all must have heard about a coronavirus. Television personalities talking about the epidemic and an ever-growing number of the people affected on TV all day. It makes me think of the apocalyptic film's plot where there are masked men walking around. It's like the Earth purifies itself and setting us people the difficult Surviving quest. What should we have done or maybe we have gotten a little crowded on the planet? I remember a huge epidemic in the history in the 14th century and it called The Black Death also known as the Mors Nigra if in Latin. Then, tens of millions of people fell victim to The Black Death from inefficient medieval medicine. However, for me, absolutely the best point is we are not in the 14th century we have the good specialists and great medical equipment😏

However, not everybody is optimistic there is a good deal of talk that the world is ending and we'll go extinct. In panic, people in many countries are buying up food and cosmetics in huge numbers. This results in insufficient products and this poses a greater problem for the State. I think we need to think broad-scale. I mean, we are all going in need to think about our health because the stress or panic very harmful for the human body, especially now. The doctors says we need improve our immunity and trying to eat healthy. People who have powerful immune capabilities are much less prone to every virus. So what could they possibly be the forecasts? How long the coronavirus pandemic will last?

panic
One panelist argued that the coronavirus pandemic might decrease by mid-April it is likely. Some experts are pending re-incitement of coronavirus outbreak this fall. There's no way of telling how long it's going to last. Yet the world came together in combating this global menace. On 19 March, specialists from Russia decoded the first full genome of coronavirus called SARS-COV-2. Well, it is a big step forward. So, I wish you not to panic and take care of yourself💓

Study Reveals Where Brain Stores Memories Of Familiar Places

A new study from Dartmouth reveals that three regions of the brain in the posterior cerebral cortex, which the researchers call "place-memory areas," form a link between the brain's perceptual and memory systems. The findings are published in Nature Communications . "As we navigate our surroundings, information enters the visual cortex and somehow ends up as knowledge of where we are—the question is where this transformation into spatial knowledge occurs. We think that the place-memory areas might be where this happens," says lead author Adam Steel, a Neukom Fellow with the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences in the Robertson Lab . "When you look at the location of the brain areas that process visual scenes and those that process spatial memories, these place-memory areas literally form a bridge between the two systems. Each of the brain areas involved in visual processing is paired with a place-memory counterpart." For the study, an innov...
